Mr. O’Neill is a founder of Global Event Medicine and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer. A graduate of the University of Missouri College of Business (now the Robert J Trulaske, Sr. College of Business), he has extensive experience in healthcare management. Mr. O’Neill co-founded Respiserv, Inc. which was honored in the 1999 Ingram’s Magazine Corporate 100 Report as one of Kansas City’s fastest-growing companies. In Global Event Medicine he has combined his skills in healthcare management with his love of sports. Mr. O’Neill works with event directors to ensure that sports medicine services are tailored to the particular unique event. He directs the extensive pre-event plan so athletes, officials, volunteers and spectators will experience quality care during the event. Mr. O’Neill has coordinated GEM services for numerous NGB national championship sporting events including:

- USA Volleyball National Championships
- USA Track & Field Club National Championships
